अगर सरकार केवल मूल संविधान की कॉपी सदस्यों में बांटी है तो इसमें कोई बात नही है😊 किंतु यदि सरकार उद्देशिका में परिवर्तन करने के लिए 42 वें संविधान संशोधन में दुबारा संशोधन करना चाहती है तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट को इसकी समीक्षा करनी चाहिए ।😊 और जो राज्य के हित में हो सुप्रीम कोर्ट को अपने तरफ से हस्तक्षेप करते हुए करना चाहिए😊😊 और तर्क वितर्क दोनों को public domain में हिंदी और अंग्रेजी दोनों मध्यम में प्रस्तुत करनी चाहिए।😊😊
Now the govt is crossing the line, their job is to govern and not to rule!! These two words have grave importance and shouldn’t be removed. It’s like getting monarchy back to the system with no religious intolerance. Such a shame.
These words were inserted without any democratic process, we are reverting to the original constitution. The courts have back this move and was done with due legal process.
India should be a Hindu country , and every religion should be given equal respect as Hinduism, and every person should be free to practice his religion
These word would make more sense if partition didn't happen...adding them afterwards doesn't make any sense anyways, bcoz partition occurred on basis of religion...I support govt here!
हां तो सीधी बात हुई न, उन्होंने ओरिजनल कॉपी डिस्ट्रीब्यूट करी संविधान की, जब संविधान बना था इसमें सेकुलर एंड सोसलिज्म नहीं था, बाद में जबरदस्ती किसी ने घुसेड़ दिया यानि की संविधान को वापस ओरिजनल कर दिया सिंपल इसमें प्रोबलम क्या है
Kyu nhi problem hoga agar kisi article mei amendment hota hai to ushe add Kiya jata hai na agar add na Kiya jaaye to amendment karne ka mtlab kya hai. Indian constitution flexible constitution hai Jo time and people ke need ke hisab se evolve hota hai
@@PoojaYadav-ho4dfPreamble is Part of Basic Structure, the change in Preamble under 42nd Amendment was unconstitutional and an attack on the soul of Constitution. The Preamble after 1976 should have been reverted at the end of emergency. If Amendment it self was illegal, then restoration should be legal.
Good decision this should have been decades ago, bcz she undemocratically added these . we want original constitution that was written after through reasearch by Babasaheb Ambedkar and his team.
Sir is it necessary to solve all the questions which are given in the back side of the chapter of NCERTs or i can skip solving NCERT exercises and should continue reading chapter one by one...
Just by removing them they can't change reality our country and constitution is secular It will remain secular socialist republic Bharat Mata ki Jai 🇮🇳

Secularism is an element of principle of Basic Structure. I think that should not be removed! •It's just my opinion and it doesn't mean that I'm defaming the Government!
@@Hello_there497 bro I know it called amendment & govt can do that...but I was saying core values shouldn't be changed... Preamble is the most honoured part of our constitution. It reflects what our country actually is.
The Constitution we follow is of the times of British and even follow the values of BRITISHERS which we are still following after that many years... And the irony is not even british govt. Are following it right now. And the most important thing is that our Constitution has many loopholes which were according to the britishers i meant beneficial for them because even after indepedence they continued to interfere in our personal matters and that was the weakness of that time PMs
