The problem with this is when in future if old oracle home is uninstalled, the listener and tnsnames files will be gone. It would make more sense to user a 3rd location for this outside oracle homes if we plan to use a common listener and tns file

1) Listener is running fine ,DB is up and running fine, user have all the privileges to connect, but he is not able to connect to the db, he is getting tnsora error 2)Prod to non prod refresh, a copy of prod dump backup need to be send to non prod db to import the data..but here the scenario is file system has no space available
