Nice explanation, but I am confused. Why would someone buy stocks from a company that is showing positive growth? I mean everyone thinks about their own profits. If there is more profit for a person to buy stock in a downfall company then he would buy stock from that company!

Sir, my question is about working of stock markets when a company listed in markets and receive money from shareholders and directly company dose not pay to shareholders what reason behind it. In share market, when we heard a positive or negative news about company. People start buying or selling. But what reason behind it? Because share markets run on supply and demand not on company profit and loss. Sir please tell me reason

OLA and UBER not servicing for commercial purposes such as good or farming, that mean entire auto sector is in trouble not only passenger vehicles. Brainless Nirmala sitaraman highlighted the OLA and UBER. This OLA and UBER available most of the countries where there is no automobile crisis faced because of them. As per my observations , the Indian auto sector needs to innovate into electric cars or the time will not be far away when we'll se MNC'S like Tesla taking over.

BS6 is surely a challenge, but auto companies, especially commercial vehicles, anticipated a pick in sales before BS6 because of additional costs of BS6 vehicles (both one time and running). But unpredictably things went the wrong way. If you see new brands like Kia and MG and models like Hyundai Venue, you see they are doing excellent. This means average indian customer who buys trusted brands and sticks to old methods is not buying vehicles. Its the youth who does not shy away from taking risks who is still in the market I infer. Also, I believe that after measures like corporate tax cut, govt has successfully cushioned companies from losses, still lay offs are happening and I think companies are using this as an opportunity to restructure themselves. Both restructuring and tax cuts can prove to be profitabe in the future, but when the demand will pick up is tough to say. I think it will be tough for auto sector to regain its past glory and I think it will take at least another 3 years for things to pick up.
