Very nice video . Great initiative. I compost all my pooja flowers in one basket. In another basket I compost all kitchen waste(vegetable, fruit peels, leftover food) its very easy to do. My plants love the home made compost. Dailydump,stonesoup,ecobin,smartbin all have good composters...

Besides flowers being used in temples many Hindus worship with flowers at home on a regular basis so something must be done to collect used flowers from homes too!

We should use that flower because as he said it's play too big role in our cultural society...but don't waste it... If you're in Surat where maitri is give her or if there is any plant or tree near by you then Dig a hole near by it and put flowers in it. It will work as fertilizer also for your plants... that's what I'm also doing every week.
