Why should you take your kids on bike rides? 

Hello guys my name is Ben and this is BAD bikes and today we are going to take my little brother and sister on a bike ride! Let's get them some helmets and buckle them in and off we go. Taking your kids on a bike ride or in my cass taking your little siblings on a bike ride can be a great way to bond with them and to share the love of bikes with the people you love.Also it is a great source of exercise for you because you are carrying around a few extra pounds.Lastly it can a great time for your kids or sibling to get outside and have fun.
