Being a sigma is not easy they have to always be ready to defend themselves because they are different we are just being ourselves! & people really dont like it!

Throughout my Entire Life I have had little Rats running to the Boss, telling lies about me !!! I found out they wanted to get Rid of me so that they would not loose their own Jobs !!! But I had the Last Laugh !!! The Whole Factory Closed Down so they All Lost Their Jobs !!! Men have Always Hated Me !!! I have Regularly been told I am Good Looking, but I never did Anything a Woman told me to do, So I never Got Married or had Children !!! I worked as a Security Guard On Nights so I could Work on My Own !!! Now I'm Retired My 2 Dogs are my Best Friends and I have Very Little to Do With People !!! I am Pleasant to them but I keep to Myself !!! I don't give them the Chance to Run Me Down Behind My Back !!!
I have finally figured out a "label" for myself. I always knew I was a lone wolf type and never seeked validation from others. At age 39 problem solved. I always knew I was different but never seeked an official term as I was always doing my own thing, and living my own life. What brought me here? I was discarded by my ex of 9 years and one thing led to another.
I recommend training your body if you haven't done so previously. It did wonders for me after my 7 year relationship ended last year. I now look better than ever and have attained more mental discipline than before.
Some wore gas masks. Some wore two masks at the same time. Some wore one mask and then a visor over the top. Some wore masks while swimming in pools or at the beach. Others wore their masks driving in cars by themselves. The streets and waterways were littered with thousands and thousands of masks. For 3 long years they wore masks!
I must say, great physique. I'm on a similar path (only past my first year, though), but I know the blood, sweat, and willpower that must have been required to build it. Respect.
People don't like it when you are confident, honest, and don't give a shit about what others think.. I dont know if I'm a sigma or not. But I can tell you that I'm the above 3 characteristics that I just mentioned. And NO ONE likes that. .... and ya know, I just don't care what they like.
Well I like those values and characteristics because I also have them..they are super rare to keep them . All people born with them but the cost of keeping them while surfing life is very high so most people prefer to lose them in order to have a bit of low level quality of life!
I don't know what sort of people you've been hanging around, but most I care to know appreciate confidence and honesty. The rest? Mostly a mix of beneath my notice and contemptible. People of value respect confidence and honesty.

But there are a lot of paradoxes/ dependencies here... For example Empath will buy a "lifestyle" car, (Shelby Cobra but replica or new Miata or somethig like that) because it's about emotions (but not for 5 million, even if I earn that much per month), Or... when I was CEO in Poland, I had to buy a Mercedes (the second one :D), because then it was a "determinant of credibility"; this was the crowd development stage (and I couldn't walk for 6 months and I had to work). And a couple others...

Sadly there are a great many contemptible people in this world and I am sometimes disgusted by their weakness, their incompetence, their lack of individuality, their stupidity, their inability to stand up for others, their inability to resist temptation, their lack of personal morals, or their willingness to hurt others just to benefit themselves. I find much to judge harshly about people. Even so, the true great love of my life is humanity itself.

No. I feel no need to prove myself to anyone but myself and my closest friends, who I likewise respect. I do like to show off at times, but that's about it. Society can do it's own thing and I'll do mine. I'm also not angry, I am quite joyful at being alive - living is such a marvelous thing to experience - especially as part of the greatest species this universe has ever seen, humanity. Annoyed, sure. I am quite annoyed at the stupidity I see in society. The childishness, incompetence, and pettiness that surrounds me annoys me. Anger, however, should be far more selectively used and sharpened to a point. That said, I would have agreed with you when I was young and foolish. But now I am older, and understand the world better.
