You can really feel his frustration! Thanks, again, J. Hope B. You really hit close to home on the point of our people completely lacking in customer service. I'm here in Chicago where many of our people act like customer service means "M.F., Do It Yourself, Dammit." Then roll their eyes if urged to get up and do something. The list of examples goes on and it's sad. It's an epidemic I've seen and heard throughout my life. People of other communities can't help but to notice this, yet this attitude is a badge of pride worn widespread mainly throughout people of our community. I don't know what would bring about the range of changes that are necessary to occur in our community, but, as you often say..., "There can't be rainbows without the storm.", and I brace myself to experience the force of the storm that'd finally bring about that desired change.
