difference between India and China is China have one party system so they have more power to take decisions. in India because of democracy here make some problems and delay of process to take decisions. China is already superpower still it have world's big slums . that shows poverty and economy are different . mostly Indians who leave India and don't came back it's mostly because of high standard of life. they are playing their battle because of they have strong support from their parents who are in India . so psychology it's also help them.

This western stereotypes of showing India's poverty is so awful. While it was true few years ago now there are hardly any under below poverty line

i just wanna clarify that 30k in india is more like 80k in US as living expenses and every other necessities are 60% cheaper here for the same exact thing. But yeah i still don't agree companies paying different salaries to different nations for same level of skill set. Atleast the difference shouldn't be this huge.

Anum is right .More talent should be allowed to grow in India and Brain drain should stop!China is self reliant in most of the latest technology and India is still catching up!

Salary diff is comapred to living expense u can have buy much more in india than US. Its all about PPP. I think its 18 lkhs in india == 1 cr in USA.

That's what I don't like abt my own country. There is a lot brain draine

- High tax and low quality services are the instigating factors that force a person with 25lakhs(16 lakhs after tax) income to leave for 75lakhs package in the US with high std of living, and best industry experience. - Indian expats are also polyglots with German/ Spanish/French apart from English which gives a high edge. - The brain drain is largely a political issue(for lost tax sources for govt) yet some counter has helped build 100 unicorns in a short time of 8 yrs and this has helped develop a diversified ecosystem from agrotech to fintech.

I believe You are 100% wrong in your assessment that outsourcing work to india will reduce jobs in india. USA doesn't outsource high-end development work in india. It's just the support work & if the American companies were to do it in USA itself, their product would loose the edge. The products would become too expensive due to high labour cost, infrastructure cost , higher taxes etc. & they won't be able to even sell their products. Now there are more markets outside of USA & buyers will purchase the more valueable product. When it comes to indians actually working in USA or foreign countries , it's the foreign country which gets benefitted & not actually India. If Sunder pichai, Satya nadela etc. Would be in india & formed their company in india, then there was a actual benefit to india. Indian govt invests vast sume of money in institutes like IITs, IIMs , AIIMS etc. & then the individuals just leave India for a better salary in USA. These individuals are highly qualified & if they work in USA it's USA benefit & India's loss. It's called BRAINDRAIN.

I have been a part and seen the India growing during last two and a half decades in India. The real heroes who made that are the ones who stayed in India and worked hard. Ofcourse the contributions of NRIs cannot be undermined. They did a lot. However, the real credit should go to the Indian professionals who stayed in India and made this happened.
