Faizan Mustafa is a very learned genius of legal field and he is a very progressive person, I being a lawyer always look forward to hear his view points and he has given very balanced and upright opinion on the new laws. The way these laws were passed after suspending 170 MPs everyone had a doubt about the content. The parliamentary debates on the acts and laws are must they always help in bettering the acts. BJP MPs have been reduced to except everything without application of mind but still collective discussion of all the parties could have sharpen the act. That's why It's always said that democracy in TRUE form is must for a common man.

मेरा मानना है कि हमारे न्याय आधे अधूरे हैं। दरअसल न्याय होता ही नहीं है। मिसाल: अगर कोई व्यक्ति छ: माह या साल जेल में रखा जाता है और फिर सबूतों के अभाव में उसे बरी कर दिया जाता है।यह न्याय अधूरा है। होना यह चाहिए कि‌ फर्जी आरोप लगाने वाले लोगों को वहीं सजा मिलनी चाहिए जो लगाई गई धाराओं के‌अंन्तर्गत आरोपी को‌ मिलनी थीं, साथ ही‌ उन लोगों की आय, भत्ते, पेंशन, फंड वगैरह से जुर्माना/हर्जाना/मुआवजा वसूल कर पीड़ित को देने से भरपाई होगी और न्याय होता दिखाई देगा। अलावा इसके पैसे लेकर/किसी को हैरान परेशान करने के लिए फर्जी मुकदमा लगाने की प्रवृत्ति पर अंकुश लगेगा और न्यायालयों में मुकदमों की‌ संख्या घटेगी।

बेगुनाह को सजा देने वाले पर अपराध नहीं होगा तो सारी बाते बेकार हैं

new section number can be aligned with old section.if subject matter is same.can new section can be added if required as per today's need.old section can be deleted if not required for today's situation,if old section can be ammended as per today's requirement. so addition,deletion,and ammendment can be adopted.and repealed.but no need to creat confusion with old sections and new sections for same content by changing section numbers.
