Bro growing up i was both skinny as a rail with no muscle and also at other times overweight and always picked on for my appearance and the way I acted I’m a very hyper excitable person now that I’m good looking my self confidence and esteem is actually worse because now women try to talk to me and I get nervous as hell like it’s so bad
just talk to them homie. The worst thing you can ever do for yourself when meeting someone you're interested in, is bitching up, and letting your thoughts get the better of you. I can relate as well, bullied when I was young. Had strangers ask me constantly if I was a girl or boy. But I grew into myself, thankful for that girlish handsome I have now😂😂😂
what if even as a handsome guy, u still get anxious in public places? maybe not necessarily ure anxious but ur heart rate just goes up, is there a way to deal with this? or make it go away?
