The Health Store staff are never qualified enough to be able to explain what is needed when and why. I like your comment; "If you can afford to buy supplements, you probably don't need them."
On the super low carb diet (plenty of meat) I have lost 25 lbs in 6 months, feeling satiated much of the time. Protein and fat help you feel satiated. In so many ways I am healthier.
Like all of your interviews, very well done. The straightforwardness and intelligence of this gentleman is refreshing. Instead of being extreme, which is very common today, he balances being analytical and pragmatic. I feel like I've learned something, not like I've been sold a bill of goods.
