Drive Rush is the great equalizer in this game. If Terry has fast Neutral Drive Rush(like deejay/juri) If he has cheap/meterless corner carry like Ken If he has brawlic normal buttons like Luke's 2M or Bison's 6H If he has unreactable gimmicks like Blanka or JP Then he can think of being the Best.

Japanese voice Terry is not bad. It's PERFECT ENGRISH. It hits different.
