The Atlanta Falcons surprised everyone by taking Quarterback Michael Penix Jr from Washington University with the 8th pick in the NFL Draft. Why would they do such a thing after just barely paying Kirk Cousins 180 million dollars to be there starter? Well their logic makes sense to me, let me explain.

The packers have done it right. The problem with the falcons is you haven’t had a 15 year guy in your franchise. And you haven’t been good for years. They’re trying the formula without doing what you need for the formula. It’s like trying to cheat of a test

Kirk cousins is consistent above average qb. That’s why a lot of the top notch head coaches love Kirk.
