Canadian PM keeps on delaying to get it back, so Philippines' Duterte took the initiative and declared a trash talk "war on trash with Canada" and sent it back with Philippines paying for the shipment cost.

Go check the speed of Shaurya missile. Also check the definition of hypersonic missiles. Achieving the speed not only makes a missile hypersonic or supersonic. Capability of maneuver while maintaining the same speed all the time is. Brahmos charges at mach 3 speed with point target hitting and maintaining the speed and maneuver. Brahmos hypersonic is under development and will soon hit the surface. And no air or anti ship defence system can stop the current version of brahmos.
