You could get rid of a thousand currupt officers, we the public wouldn't notice because we don't see them much and they don't respond to reports of crime.

I had an uncle who served in the Grenadier Guards he come out at 21 and joined the police force , he was respected as was all the officers in the place he served , each shift they where inspected for smartness in appearance etc , now days even their uniforms don't fit properly and look a mess combat boots with so much paraphernalia about them must inhibit their movements if they have to run after someone, scruffy looking with tattoos trying to make themselves look more intimidating. Disgraceful nowadays.

Last year i had 6 police officers come to my mothers house to arrest me for saying the 'f' word on several text messages over a 2 hour period on ONE day to my 4 kids mum after being told i would never see my kids again. No threat or personal insults just " you cant f in do this" etc. As she had met someone else and didnt want to tell me the usual way she claimed the swear words sent on ONE day over a 2 hour period of frustration caused her alarm and distress. I have never been arrested before age 44 yrs old. The 6 policeman waited with me outside my mums house in cuffs for 3 hours to take the time of booking me in till 4pm so to avoid having to go out on another job. I heard them clearly discussing this. The time money and effort they put into completely taking me away from my children was surreal...as id messaged one back after 6days of agony telling them i missed them and will see them afain (as was during my 28 day bail period where i was told not too) i was re arrested for breach of bail and charged with stalking as i replied to my 9year old ONCE. Not many of you will believe this story but on my life it is true. During that same month there were 3 break ins on my street the police still haven't attended to this day. If you feel safe in this country please think again.

They need to make individual police officers accountable for thier crimes, When a truck driver commits a traffic office he is not protected by his company or investigated by another haulage company. He is fined and risks his job, If a police man assaults someone, falsely arrests someone, commits a traffic offence it gets covered up and he/she is untouchable.then the rot sets in and the public think they are all rotten. I suspect if a police officer lived under the same rules as the public 50% of them would have a criminal record before they got 2 years service under their belt.

I'm 68 now, never had a criminal record. But I've had a number of interactions with the police...all bad. I rescued a distressed elderly drunken woman who was staggering around in the traffic....the police arrived after i called for help. One officer threatened me with violence and his volleague had to drag him off. I witnessed a policeman using his warrant card to extort money from a guy sfter some beer had accidentally been spilt. I had a car accident as a women pulled off a drive and hit me. The policeman attending announced she was his friend and he'd make sure i paid. She was drunk from attending a hen night. I was having my haircut and a protest march was taking place around 100 yards away. A guy was stood outside watching and eating a sandwich when a policeman came up and hit him over the head for no reason whatsoever. We had problems with youths in our road. My neighbours and i had reported incidents with no response. I contacted my local councillor who wrote to the Chief Constable . I had a sergeant come to my house, i invited him in and offered a fup of tea. He then threatened me for making the complaint to the Chief Constable...i had to frog march him out of my house. I even have a friend in West Midlands Police who lives in the West Mercia region. He is constantly harassed with him being stopped and getting tested for alcohol, searching his car, checking for problems with the vehicle...just because he plays for the other team in West Midlands....childish. Oh, and some years ago a recently retired officer was in our village pub, drunk, laughing about how he and his colleagues used to mess around with corpses genitals in the morgue. He wasn't allowed back in.

I was assaulted by i man badly the police had him and interviewed him and gave him bail. He kept harassing and threatening me for weeks after to get me to drop the charges i told the police about this had witnesses who gave statements ,the police did nothing. He never turned up to his next bail hearing. The police told me there is nothing they could do and o yes if i see him please tell us and we will arrest him. So as a person who was viciously attacked i now have to go out and find this man myself. the police have his address but have done nothing. He was also years ago sent to prison for braking a female officers arm in an arrest. He is ft 6.4 tall very dangerous so i can see why they are afraid. The police eff them not fit for purpose.

An ex undercover drug squad officer who wrote an excellent book about his experiences a few years ago stated that when he got arrested, which he did regularly he could never say "call this number "to the police at the station and get immediately released because he didn't know what officers were on the payroll of the drug dealers. It's a known fact crime bosses have paid people to join the force and leak them info when asked, getting £300 a week plus bonus cash.

The police have now started demanding to know whether the victim would go to court before even bothering to look for the perpetrator. I repeatedly said yes I would do whatever is necessary in two cases, so they started then trying to put me off by sending a loop of the process over and over (e.g. go to the police station in person, give a witness statement and then tell me again I need to give a witness statement and start the entire process again until I say I have enough after reporting to at least four different people). Then they say that I won't help and don't bother to look for any perpetrators. There are at least two sexual predators who the police have never searched for loose on the streets of London. This video is stating it is high ranking officers, this is not true at all. They are low level constables and I'm fairly certain they are not only illiterate but also fundamentally broken people with no empathy whatsoever. Truly horrific state of affairs....
