Today, we're delving into something really hard to talk about.
Quitting!
Giving up is actually a little-known secret to becoming a better runner. But it's not just knowing when to quit. It's also about knowing WHAT to quit.
In this video, we’ll teach you how to recognize when to quit a session that's doing more harm than good. We'll then explore 2 strategies to protect your well-being and long-term progress.
And the one reason why smart runners understand this superpower, making it a key part of their training arsenal.
When you're ready, we'd love to help you become a better runner:

Love the conversation between you and your dad “you’ve spent so much money on my degree, but your not interested in listening to anything I’ve got to say”… 😂 Oh man - as a dad, I can totally relate! The child becomes the parent… or the student becomes the teacher. Kudos to you and the relationship you have with your dad that allows you to have that conversation. And kudos to your dad for not boxing your ears. 😂 Miss my Coach Parry family.
