Just FYI - Perpetual sales, when an item is always on sale, is engaging in “deceptive pricing” under Federal Law, and some state laws. For example, in California, it is considered false advertising. Keep in mind, you can be sued for this practice. (Please don’t shoot the messenger.)
This was a very helpful video, thank you! But i dare to assume that a lot of the new successful shops display at least a couple of copyright infringement listings (like the golden girls tumbler). So for everyone doing their own research it is super important to exclude these kind of shops to draw inspiration from.
Great value ! Shops like these are usually advanced however when it comes to trademark and they get approval from the companies or written documentation to prove it is not infringement
Really great tutorial! I was feeling kinda stuck with my Etsy store but didn't know the proper way to do the proper competitive analysts until now. You show the analysis clearly without that snide undertone of "I know more than you" attitude you see in some of these Etsy gurus! Great work, keep them coming!

If you were completely switching directions, but still have inventory you want to try to sell I would just leave it in there but eventually just drown it out later and deactivate it

Running daily sales is illegal, it's being deceptive. It's actually against the law. Any suggestions on somebody you trust that Can help with branding. I'm in desperate need.
Yea I would have some sort of sales strategy in mind but does not mean it is every single day! I would suggest finding talent on Fiverr if you have a lower budget and sourcing people on Pinterest if you have a higher budget I have done both :)
for the full designs? the only issue is that if its the finished design you are going to have commercial use problems when multiple people want to use the same exact thing for their listings

Sorry, useless info. We have no idea what these shops are doing to get those sales, legal or not. i mean it's not like having a cohesive look is a bad thing to strive for, everyone should try to do that, but I'd rather spend my time setting up a shop that gives me real sales to real people - let's have some real interviews with shops that have had success doing everything above-board. And maybe even some sellers who weren't trying to make 50k a week selling low-hanging trend fruit.
mmm I would argue these are not trend fruit shops at all, they have super competitive listings and are doing all the right things that the market and Etsy is looking for, hence their performance in such a short amount of time. Most all their items are evergreen products not shallow trending "this week only products." I also have a full playlist of interviews with other 7 figure sellers, hope that helps.
