just, I'm salivating. I have a bag of new potatoes, greenhouse tomatoes, and various things in my fridge but I bought a nice entrée of Asian noddles, chicken and vegetables this afternoon. This dish is going to have to put off until tomorrow.
Looks ver ver more-ish me old mucker. Capers and cornichons do really well with mash, chuck some chopped mint in as well and it`s a right crowd pleaser! Of late I have been mostly using the pinsa dough recipe, but as a pizza base and it`s proper lush ! My pizza game is knocking it out the park , Matt ! It`s "oh fuck is that the time" down here in west ozzie, only stayed up taking the piss out of the yes campaign, but god knows I need my beauty sleep so it`s goodnight from him. Check out pinsa, you won`t regret it 😉
I thought that was a typo Bert, hadn't heard of pinsa dough before, though you meant pizza dough? So thats a high hydration dough, I still make the occasional sourdough and really enjoy working with it, does pinsa dough taste similar to sourdough? I just typed dough far too many times didn't I?
@@unclemattscookerylessons No Matt, it`s a mix of 00 flour, rice flour and spelt. Lighter, crispier and tastier. Usually baked blind with toppings added once it`s cooled but you can bake it like a normal pizza. Pizza shops sell it by the slice with various toppings. There`ll be plenty about it on youtube. I wasn't really doing full keto, more like the old Atkins diet. It worked and I lost a lot of weight quickly. I've been allowing myself some carbs now and I have put a bit back on but I seem to have found a balance.
