Great review. I been really on the fence about these and almost purchased last night. They are sooo pricey….$2500 with tax for boots. For that price, I have to absolutely love them.
I wish I would’ve saw your video before I purchased my Givenchy boots everything in which you are describing is exactly what I’m feeling. I want to send them back so bad, I have a love-hate relationship for this boot right now,
The part rubbing in the front is suuuper annoying! I do have these and I do love them because they are just stunning. I do wish they would have shortened that part.
The issue is they don’t have a zipper which sucks! I went into the store to purchase mine Vs ordering & im happy I did because it wouldn’t go up my calf smh! I even went up 2 SIZES just desperate to try to get them & my sales rep told me people are sizing up just to get them. So I got the mid size ones and I absolutely loveeeeee them
@@glamluxemama no ma’am they don’t make noise at all. I wore them the other day for the first time. My only issue was driving it felt so weird lol other then that I love the short ones
This is still so helpful even two years later. I wonder if they updated the style? I know they came out with a sneaker version that looks very comfy and a wide leg style.
i have the beige older style ones. i got them for 700.00 because the shark metal piece on the side of one boot is broken (easy fix). however, i still haven’t worn them and it’s been about 3 years 🤦🏽♀️. waste.
I'm hoping they'll go on sale for this reason 😬 I have a penchant for squeaky shoes it seems.... I spend a lot of time oiling them before I wear them 😭
I’m honestly not sure because i didn’t own the older ones. I do know a girl who owns these that complains about the rubbing and noise at the front as well. Maybe the shorter ones may be better?
The calves aren’t the issue (to me). The issue is the width in the actual shoe. If you have narrow feet, they should be TTS. Medium or wide feet, you should definitely size up!
Definitely not. I feel like they’re kind of narrow. I had problems myself with medium width feet. If you wanted to try them anyway, I’d recommend sizing no less than 2 sizes up.
I wouldn’t even try sis. I really don’t think they considered a variety of shapes and frames when they made these with no real way to put them on and take them off 😒😒
Don’t do it… I have skinny legs and they’re tight on my legs. I normally wear a size 40 I bought a 40.5 don’t hurt very comfy but good lord the struggle with taking them off😫
Hey new subscriber! 👋🏼 I just bought these boots and I sized up a 1.5sizes. They were STILL too small and they would go all the way up my calf. I know that even if I got a bigger size they still wouldn’t fit my calves.
