Why This AFL Team Has The Best Clash Guernsey

At the same time, Brisbane basically wear most of their main jumper without wearing yellow or white. My other comment is that a yellow Brisbane jumper draws from the 1987 Brisbane jumper which was yellow with a maroon triangle at front and maroon yolk. But I reckon my idea at the top is better.

They don’t really clash with anyone Sydney. The South Melbourne V is so crisp and tbh I’m wrapt they wear it in Victoria

@@christopherryan7780 It does look good. I suppose against Geelong they'd wear more red. That's why I like Saints wearing a jumper with mostly white at the back. They could virtually wear it most weeks.

Horrible opinion. I have to say that the hawks V design jumper is one of my favourite looking jumpers. Why can teams not change it up every now and then?

@@ArchieAshmore Horrible but accurate. Hawks brown and gold combination is really average colour combination. But stripes make it look great. Hawthorn is stripes honestly and they've worn stripes for 60 plus years. All the jumpers should always involve stripes and just play around with the designs. A gold V and HFC while supposedly traditional just means nothing to most people. In fact they often end up wearing white shorts anyway. How many fans do you see wearing that brown jumper. I think very few. A brown jumper with gold pin stripes keep the stripes but put it into the background. Problem sol-ved. The fans would love it too. Club needs to work harder at getting the brown a bit darker, so the fans are more likely to wear it in street wear.

Its commonsense and even Eddie Everywhere agrees with it. If Carlton wears white shorts it just adds extra white to their strip which makes no sense. To be honest its only in last 15 years or so that Collingwood have worn a mainly black jumper with white stripes. For vast majority of their history its been a white jumper with black stripes. A white patch at the back for their jumpers. More often than not its been with white shorts and black socks. An iconic look. The traditional jumper has wide whit sections at the side of the jumper too. Its a great look. Eddie is all for emphasising the traditions of both teams. He doesn't want Carlton having to wear a white jumper just to be totally different.

Geelong always wear white shorts now for the same reason. It looks better and involves teams working together to avoid clashes and clash jumpers.
