that is a cool episode. the cast are on top form and they manage to pack in heaps silly gags like Rimmers hair cuts and the vending machine skit. My favorite scene would have to the drive room one when Rimmer is from the future and completely freaks out Lister when he has the same conversation twice. Great stuff!

Glad i`ve found this, great vid mate! Red Dwarf has been such a big part of my life since i first watched all the way back in 1988 while i was 14 years old and in my last couple of years at Secondary school! I instantly fell in love with the SUPERB comedy series and its been with me on and off since then, through all my very best years (the 90s!) Its great seeing all the love and newer fans the show has picked up over the decades!

I always have to re watch it every year or so myself! caught it late on tv in the early 2000’s when I was a kid and it stuck me with me! must’ve been the better than life episode because I remember it so vividly! do you enjoy the newer series? The thing they did on 2020 was decent

@Pidcaso I love it ALL! Back in the 90s I remember being disappointed by Series 8 with the Boys From The Dwarf stuck in prison. But since then I've rewatched the entire show multiple times (at least once a year, every single episode!) and love it just as much now! It can do no wrong in my fan(atic) eyes haha!

The whole first season is vastly underrated. It was brilliant.

Yeah man! The love it all but I think the first 2/3 reasons are too good! One of those shows you can just keep re watching

I would say season 2 is the best for me. Very inventive storylines. But the whole shows peak was series 1 - 3. Slightly dropped off for a few seasons after that. Then dropped off some more when they found the Dwarf. But still good.

I completely agree, I love the whole show but the first 2 seasons were great! season 3/4/5 are good! I know people don’t like Kochanski coming back but I didn’t mind it! I just find it weird sometimes how it skips years and years between seasons (in real life wise) and the cameras are better quality etc I enjoyed the older gritty look

Had the first 6 seasons on VHS , so many pissed up bank holidays re watching with the lads! Loved the books too

Hahaha!! I have the first 7 seasons downloaded to my laptop haha! need to get the rest eventually, would love a VHS Of it! I’ve listened to a few audio books and listers backstory and when he meets rimmer is hilarious
