I think the most broken item for Samira right now is "yun tal arrows" which gives 70 ad (item 4 or 5 is very useful with 100 crit since it increases the damage) similar to sterak's which also gives 70 ad. idk if you try it before. counter samira nerf a lot. broken against tanks

yun tal is horrible its one of the worst adc items rn it doesnt proc on ur q or ult and shes not auto attack based
