If anyone was wondering how that tunafish from the start of the video died, it just bumped into an another tuna fish, so it became disoriented, but then it died because it wasn't swimming.
fish have a larval stage before they turn into real fish, they go through metamorphosis, and im assuming that means that they dont need to constantly move before that state

It doesn't suck in water through the gills, it sucks it in through the mouth and pushes it out the gills. If it stops swimming the water flow through the mouth is stoped and the gills can no longer filter oxygen out of the water. Sharks and some other fish can also not stop swimming because of this.
