Philippines will gain nothing but enemies in this "meeting". Ask yourself why an EU country (Ukraine) suddenly visit a third-world country (Philippines) who is in a heated relation with another country (China) who is a friend of his enemy (Russia)? This is something that we can avoid and should be avoided.
