it's a very specific asian girl type that wears their make up in a western style, wearing specific type of style of clothes. Honestly better off googling but you see them alot in uni if your uni has a large asian population or just around large asian populations. It is very specific and distinct once you recognize them, there's a stigma surrounding them since a lot of them are party girls or ravers. They're alright tbh
