WHY Valorant Will Die....

Bad take. Look at CSGO. Their game has lasted for decades and people love it because of its nature.

people made the same videos when valo came out 4 years ago. it's still thriving now lol

as someone who hates league, im sticking to valorant

they could make like a rotating map pool every week or something. we have had the same couple of maps for 5 months.

I’d like to bring up CSGO. Very similar game, no agents, yet it still stays alive to this day. What CSGO has tho is skins. Tradable, unbox able, sellable skins. That is why it is still alive.

The idea that Valorant agents will become almost identical copies of each other as more gets added does not make sense to me. Like, League of Legends another game by Riot has around 168 champions at this time and from what I can tell there isn't really champions that feel identical. So, it seems that Riots character designing will be good enough for that to not be an issue anytime soon. EDIT: Forgot to add but overall the video is well edited and your point is well explained so good job!♥

You make a good point. Riot will eventually stop releasing more agents. What I believe Riot might do is to rework certain agents or to give agents new abilities - basically agents will be able to buy different abilities from the shop, without being limited to just 2 base kit abilities OR agents will have different playstyle variants, with different abilities entirely, when selecting them in the lobby. Or Riot will start releasing agents a lot less frequently - maybe only 1 agent per year. The point is, Riot does have options to go for, I believe Valorant will still be around for at least another 2-3 years or so before losing a significant amount of the player base. The game will die eventually, that is for certain, but we can only speculate for now.

1. New agents are not what keeps the game alive, nobody played iso or deadlock but the game didn't die. 2. Your argument that somehow the map design limits the number of agents in a pool makes no sense. There's no correlation. 3. If they want to keep the agent pool relatively small, agent rotations allow them to make more agents. 4. I am positive they can come up with at least 50 more agents with unique abilities. 5. Im just gonna bring up the most recet agent, can smoke after death . See how that 1 key ability shifts playstyles and metas. great video but I think you miss the point, reason why val, overwatch and all these character based games t can work is they can recreate, amp or even just completely redo alreadt existing abilities or go beyond that and add differnt or new kinds of buffs or supportive capabilities to their agents beside heal, i.e damage buff or debuff , detain, silencing and the list goes on. and lets not talk about riots inability to create more maps breeze like with huge bombsites etc many complain but i think they also leaving those things out for when we reach mass ciritcal and bombsite become waayy to small to accomodate all that util cause of new flashy agents mixing up with the old, at the end of the day regardless if theres 1000s of agents in the game its a 5v5 so if they can just keep that possibility of being able to layer gameplay and util within those 5 agents in a team compatible then the "issue" you raised wont be a wall riot will hit anytime soon. All this video did is highlight to me that your creative thinking when it comes to this topic is just within the margins of what you know and think is possible, I emplore you my friend step out the box and and try to color outside of the lines a few times.

Great video, but I feel like this won't happen. I am look a Rainbow Six Siege. When I played that game a few years ago I thought the same thing as this, but the game is still pretty popular. (I also haven't played video games consistently for 2 years so maybe I am just out of the loop lol.)

They need to bring more ranked modes , ranking system and the associated bragging right are the only reason people play this game .

kids got a point. Agent rotations wont work as the community will lose there mains causing them to not wanna play and valorants style of gameplay isnt designed to have 100s of agents put it plain and simple. Good video btw very well edited and a very good point. Im not grinding anymore for a gunbuddy with a single different pixel and new map rotations just are so plain and boring and the maps they do make are awful and they clearly do not know what the playerbase looks for in a shooter.
