Why Victoria Justice Is Not So Victorious Anymore 

No ones creeped out about the whole “Dan Schneider hates ponytails thing?” Thinking about it...Ariana Grande has done nothing but wear a ponytail for yearrrssss now.

I think some people don't realize that Tori was MEANT TO BE BORING. She's an average girl who gets accepted into this big-time talent school.

People need to remember that Dan made this show FOR Victoria so that’s why she sang the most in the show! Legit I think Dan was trying to give her all the shine! Legit, Victoria did nothing wrong! Also the drama with her on Zoey 101, she was a teenager! There’s gonna be drama with teenagers, especially in their early teens! Everyone is hating her now for no good reason. Legit, all the the shows on Nickelodeon that involved music got canceled around the same time! So it probably wasn’t Ariana’s or Victoria’s fault the show got canceled tbh

Robbie was Jewish. The only white people in the cast were Liz and Ariana. Although Ariana is Italian and idk if Matt is Jewish in real life. Victoria is part Puerto Rican in real life while Daniella is Hispanic is real life. A show with two Latina sisters isn't diverse? Plus Ariana throwing Victoria under the bus was shitty, but they obviously let everything go, don't know why the "fans" can't. Poor Victoria. People always need someone to hate on. I follow Victoria on Instagram and she seems happy. She's a philanthropist and she traveled a lot before the pandemic and she has another new Netflix movie coming out soon. All the girls from that cast are so beautiful. This is one of the most diverse shows Nickelodian ever had. This and Tiana.

I disagree. I feel like Dan Schneider really liked Victoria (his writing on the show always embedded creepy compliments about her cheekbones and physical appearance) and really highlighted her. This may have created tension in the cast and she wasn't the most talented. She never developed her brand and was never one of the memorable characters. He overdid her character to be almost too perfect, which can be boring and unrelatable.

Victoria is extremely talented and I think there's two reasons why her career (music and acting) didn't blow up as much after Victorious ended: (1) in regards to her music, she was signed to Columbia Records to release her own music and they refused to let her shake the bubblegum poppy image and sound that she had on Victorious and forced her to release songs that she didn't like so she left the label in 2013, (2) millions of fans around the world somehow convinced themselves that Victoria hated Ariana (she never has they are still friends to this day) and somehow that may have cause her to not get as much roles in Hollywood as she should have been getting. And Victorious was literally a show made by Nickelodeon for Victoria. She's the lead character of course she's gonna have a little more screen time and sing most of the songs she's the main character what do you expect? People act like main characters doesn't get more shine that the rest of the cast in other TV Shows or movies that's nothing new. And in regards to failed hit songs?? Victoria's songs on the shows were bangerssss that's still being played today and they had moderate chart success I hate when y'all lie on her like that. In summation, Victoria didn't deserve the hate she got as it made her career stagnant for years but now she's getting back on her feet as she's been picked up to be the star of two Netflix Original movies this year and has another movie out right now on Hulu called Trust. Her new music is excellent and she is an independent artist so she's making the music she wants to. I'm so happy for her!

She posted RU-vid videos all the time, she was on social media 24/7. Then when she got hate for Victorious ending she put the blame on Victoria even though it was not true because all of her fans were from Victorious. That’s how anyone knew about her - she started dating Jai Brooks from the Janoskians and they were pretty big back in the day. Then signed by Scooter Braun and seventeen magazine articles came out that Ariana was bullied and Ariana kept it private saying it was Victoria and everyone started to hate Victoria when it was a lie. Even Jennette made Gloriana about Ariana being obsessed w herself and to get famous. Then she proceeded in cheating on Jai with Nathan Sykes from the Wanted. Scooter, her manager and justin biebers manager got her to open up for Justin Bieber. She made a single with Mac Miller who was big back in the day - and her and boyfriend were following people on Twitter whoever showed proof of them buying the single. Then she collaborated with Iggy, Big Sean Nicki Minaj. Then the Manchester attack really got everyone to start being like woah Ariana - those who never knew who she was and her boyfriend passed away too. There’s a lot that goes into being popular, more than you think. Victoria just didn’t sell her soul she’s not a flop and ppl hate her bc Ariana’s fans are kids and toxic and delusional
