गायक के साथ संगत करने वाले कलाकारों को हमेशा दोयम दर्जे का माना जाता रहा है। तबले को पहली बार जाकिर भाई ने सम्मान दिलाया। बहुत सालों पहले एक एल्बम आई थी हाजिर उसके कवर पर Hariharan with Zakir पहली बार किसी संगत कलाकार का नाम बड़े अक्षरों में लिखा था।

दीपक ये आप से कोई mistake नहीं हुई, एक कलाकार को दूसरे की भावनाओ का आदर भी करना चाहिए।

Simply when artist who is accompanying to main artist, feels that he is something great it equal meaning he is PROUDY & Abhimaniz.
