Why is this NYS Court of Appeals, overturning, or lowering penalties…who are they, we demand justice!!!

He's probably got dirt on politions.

Nothing wrong with him. Never seen anybody walk that well or that fast using that kind of walker.

Doesn’t matter he still imprisoned. Despite his guilt he did not get a fair trial due to publicity, a book, women running to media, this was all before he even had a trial. So jurors already made up their minds. I can understand that point. An accussed still deserves a fair impartial trial. Probably was guilty. But all that publicity did not help. And sometimes people , maybe not Weinstein, are truly innocent and found guilty. That’s why this case bothered me. Man never had a chance due to public outcry. A trial is even a guilty man’s last civil right’s.

Maybe the courts will go back to when you had to present actual evidence to prove a case

We've all decided to forgive #metoo. Everyone is entitled to a fair trial. If Harvey has to have a new trial then that's justice for all of us who are Americans.
