Ivana would have had to have named Trump as her executor in her will for him to be able to do any of this. Has her will been made public? It would be very unusual to name your ex-husband as your executor, rather than her current husband, one of the children, or her attorney.

My dad was cremated and buried in a regular coffin. Not his kids doing but his estranged wife whom he was still close to. We still can’t figure that one out. But trump, I think he buried documents.

At the time of her death she had just finished writing her life story which may have told everything that she knew and was involved in including the things that we are hearing in the NY court room.
