If anyone finds a deadbody, they have to inform the police. No one is authorized to meddle withit. If anyone does it, it is equal to destroying evidence. FIR filed at 11 PM, by that time, postmortum done, investigated (by whom?) and body cremated. All this happening in the Supreme court.
So true the question is valid. Is the same question also not valid for the Badalpur for 2 kids who don’t even know or understand what is happening to them. Every rape should be seen as a crime against women and don’t make it political and dilute it. For the past 11 years the crime against women has grown more reason the accused are not being given proper punishments. So these psychopaths have become more in number and have also become bold. The punishment of these rapists should be decided by the parents of the victims then only these psychopaths will have fear of committing such crimes. Women / lady / girls are not some showcase object they are human with flesh and blood and they have every right to survive and live with safety in this country.

One thing is for SURE.. In India, death sentence is NO MORE a scary PUBISHMENT for the rapists and murderers. They have surpassed this fear of death. Otherwise, after the Nirbhaya incident, how can this happen AGAIN!!! What these rapists and murderers feel is; “Since I am being protected politically, or socially; no one can touch me or loo up to me. I AM INVINCIBLE!” And painfully, this is TRUE! Ages and ages of time is 'SPENT' by the Indian judicial system to raise the 'proof' and the 'verdict' against the offenders, thereby giving them a 'healthy' chance to escape and twist evidences!!! If the body was found at around 7 a.m. when was the family informed??? Why they were told suicide? Why they were further made to wait? What was being done during the period??? Period from death till postmortem, what was done to the body? Was there washing away of evidences or implanting of evidences? Why renovation of the room nearby? What was the importance of that room? Why cremate the body in such a hurry? Why political fellows supervising the procedures? Why send vandals to threaten? Why transfer around forty of the staff in such a hurry?
Hello all , in Karnataka near Mangalore there is a place called Dharmasthala there is 480 women's and Children's are raped and Murdered. For the last 12 years people have been protesting till now no justice from High court and Supreme court know the subject but silent and Protecting Higher influence money .....100% sure Kolkata case no justice because state government try to protect influence person..... very sad about our Supereme and High court very poor.....but media always double game.... Jai Soujanya case from 12 year's.
Mr Sibal is diverting the questions of the Honourable Judges. The FIR must be filed immediately as it was a murder in the campus and the onus lies on the Principal.
Professionals ought to restrict admn and security limited to the leaders of the profession and not Political. Where is law being flouted or not implemented. Judgements being not followed requires an independent authority to assist the judiciary i investigation. The Hon’ble CJI ought to take action in this direction. There is no fear of violation .

Sir Even in women wrestlers case, FIR was not filed, they went on protests for more than 6 months. Later, after CJI intervention, and directed them, they filed FIR, but thereafter no progress till date, now poor Phogat lost gold medal also. What for govt lawyer arguing. Before arguing, govt lawyer should put forth proceedings of the FIR of women wrestlers case.
Please call the parents and hear them speak, instead of these tongue twisters who trying to create a confusion and misusing the parents so called requests. There should be list of time of things happenings and produced/filed in court for ready reference. I am surprised all things are happening verbally. Govt should make a law for all girls to do mandatory special self -defense NCC training from age 5 to until 15. to get seat in college placement and give all boys special self-control mandatory NCC training to get collage placement. This will over time make the kids be self-aware of themselves
This particular Rape and Murder case was an eye opener to voters. Rich and political influences could make culprits escape punishment through politicians like Mamta and Kapil Sibbal
