Talking about diabetes as something that can be prevented was upsetting. Us Type 1 Diabetics don't get the choice! But very insightful podcast otherwise :)

I hold gratitude, respect and awe for both of these very successful, healthy, beautiful, educated, and blessed women who lead incredibly balanced lives and impart their knowledge to the world, freely, however I’m afraid I (as a chronically ill, medically neglected, self caring, approaching-30-years of age, undeveloped, genetically disadvantaged woman in the UK, who HAS consistently (albeit through financial struggle too) consumed a largely Ayurvedic diet, over many years but who continues to suffer with extremely rare diseases including the worst form of widespread, debilitating, life destroying Prurigo Nodularis) I found the simplistic rhetoric used within this conversation quite ignorant and insensitive to people suffering from chronic diseases beyond their control.

Enjoyed the chat but Grace saying ‘interesting’ a thousand times really annoyed me. Only constructive criticism tho. Radhi amazing as always
