In my experience, some days I woke up feeling not so productive, but I get up and do the work I actually manage to get more things done efficiently and visa versa. I guess it's just a game of perspective. Everytime I don't feel productive I just take a break and recollect my thoughts. It kinda opens up a new door and all of a sudden everything starts making sense and easy.
this is a helpful explanation of what the region-beta paradox is. thanks for explaining. i'm feeling this with my job atm. it's not awful but man, it's getting worse.
Great video. I’m 2 months in my new job and I understand it’s not fulfilling. It’s not my dream or desire to work here the next 5 years. But something I’m learning to do is how to manage money, be a good worker, learn new skills, but I believe the one of the most important thing that I’m doing is working on creating a business that will bring purpose and fulfillment. I do that by working on my passion during off hours. After work and on the weekends. I understand if I go home and just watch tv or go out with my friends every day I’m losing time to work on my goals. To seek self employment.
I like this concept, yet I dislike it too. Giving up too soon means you never build resilience. Plus the person who is walking and not having surgeries at the drop of the hat will probably lead a safer and healthier life (no disrespect intended to cyclists, I used to do 40km regularly).
