I have the same issue at work myself. They told me "I'm not qualified enough" but want me to train the person they think should be in the role...I was lucky I had a Director that looked out for me more than my own manager and she just helped me understand "It isn't my Job Description" and I told em anytime they asked. So I'm still at the company but I know I need to leave.

Originals included Kevin Hart and Kat Williams....that's way back to 05/06 which was the best. They didn't have these fake ass comedians on there they had actual comedians doing there thing grinding and finally got their shot on there.
lxlucylu88 tim has always been full of himself way back before he was in wild n out, but like eddie griffin says no nice guy makes shit happen. He has come a long way, not hating on that.
I didn't hear that., they always says that the shows are rehearsed and prepped for,. But you also don't know exactly what's going to go down on stage. It's kinda like studying for a test, you know the general outline of what's going to happen but not exactly. I watched the cast members looking back at their old auditions, and many of them said that in the beginning, they would write down stuff and memorize them to roast somebody because they were nervous. But as they started to get more used to everything, they just show up and have fun on stage. I think as they practice together like workshop and stuff, their brains kinda get the hang of free styling and all that
Wym nick gave them a platform and built them for them to grow. They decided to leave Nick is just looking for funny people with talent I dont see an issue with that🤷♂️

I feel like they did good bringing on Emmanuel and once they started adding more social media personalities it went down hill. Wild n Out isn't all that funny anymore. Doesn't feel like it's an entertainment show anymore...just more of a platform for people to build their brand and move on. The passion for the show just isn't there for some of the cast.
