I recently discovered your channel, I daydream about moving to Ocean Shores. Would go there on vacation with my dad and sister, and found out I was conceived there! Haven't been since 2016, I too prefer the small town life, lived in the greater Seattle area until 2 years ago when we moved to Utah. I think I'll retire there (OS), and can't wait to see it again, would be an awesome road trip! I'll hit you up if I am financially able to move there sooner. My dad and I would sometimes just drive up and down the areas because it's so beautiful and quiet. I think '95 was the first time we went, I remember bringing a bunch of my toys to play with, and renting VHS movies Lol. Great video, looking forward to the next video but I doubt anyone can talk me out of small town living, at least at Ocean Shores haha! Unless there's no wifi- that may be a problem!
I moved out of Ocean Shores in 2007. After a storm hit the area scared the hell out of me! Blew a huge tree across the only way in. Road was closed for 9 days. Ocean shores is just a long spit of sand at sea level and will not be there much longer
You MUST be tired of the limited restaurant variety by now. I'm from the NYC area. You can make lots of money here if you're marketing savvy. I bid you good fortune!

Reading this from the Santa Cruz mountains where, today, Sunday, I cannot get out of my road to go anywhere due to beach traffic. They come as far as the central valley growing areas to escape the heat. Why OS? Theft is out of control in Northern CA. Do not leave your gardening shoes on the porch; they will be stolen. Kids; 8 and 10 year olds are packing as many as they can get on a motorized bike and flying through stoplights and signs. OS has almost no power outages. We have them constantly due to archaic poles and equipment. AND greed. (We joke that a squirrel sneezed and that caused the outage). Monthly electric bills soar above $2000. Solar helps. But they charge connection fees. Roads, infrastructure are from 1950 usually. Insurance companies are cancelling all homeowners. The cost of living and needed salary is very high Love ❤️ Ocean Shores. Get in while you can...
