It gives them more creative freedom, so they'll keep what they liked from their time on wtf1, and probably introduce new ideas, see what works, and gradually build up the regular features of their new content. I wouldn't expect a massive change initially, but it will allow them to grow and change the content as they see fit

I feel like the difference is that you're focused on building a loyal fan base that watches every video whereas others focus on getting the casual viewers with catchier titles, thumbnails, etc. A lot of us are fans of you two and will watch whatever video you want to make. Never was it a problem to show up drunk, doing drugs or beat up your wives/girlfriends, but say one bad word about the producer and you're out. Just like Top Gear and 2 1/2 men, WTF1 will try to go forward, but it isn't the same. P1 and WTF1 are basically both new shows but the latter inheriting a lot of 'previous' subs, but those are declining but in the end it will settle...
