Thanks for the drywall stilts tips. I just purchased a set to help me do my garage and basement ceilings. I’m only the stock height of 15” up but that’s enough for me to not be up and down ladders all the time. I’m older so I”ll be extremely careful and deliberate while I’m on them. Thanks for you mudding tips.

My friends in S. Florida used to always say that having bottoms and tops on cornerbead (or anything else), was a "make-work" operation.

I like that. "So the moral of the story is." Type scenario

How do you cut bullnose cornerbead? 45s and 3-ways? I usually eyeball it till it's right, sometimes if it's an off angle I'll cut and cut till I go through about 3 feet😂

You can tint your mud with chalk as an alternative. Works great we always do it for our finish coat we can't get tinted mud around here either.

Never walk on stilts. They are very dangerous. Full disclosure - I walked on stilts for 40 years but I only did it because I needed the job.

I hate them because they are too stiff and they stay stiff. They dont break in.
