Awe that was so nice giving us a shout out. We plan to come back in a couple of years when we make that trip again. However, we will make sure there are no plans to leave before we come again! Love all the chocolates we bought. My son loved his cars and still has his phone to eat. Was wonderful meeting and chatting with Karen!

Instead of wizard cards, you should put Hercules cards in the frogs then we can all trade "I'll give you a Craig and a Terry for a Quick Steve and a Karen!" :D I seem to remember a while back that the enrober was going to be Ricky since the melters are Lucy and Ethel? Keep with the theme, name the creme beater Fred. We need a new web series...Cooking with Cara, where she shares the cupcake recipe LOL Yay for music notes! I wish they'd ship though :'( However, I did find a mold to make my own some day :D

I just love Papa Steve. My Dad passed away this summer and I think he and Steve would have gotten along great. Watching these videos makes me feel like I get a little piece of my Dad’s dry, sarcastic humor injected into my day :). Thank you, guys! Can’t wait to make an order!

I love the Day in the Life videos! Fingers crossed for the new place stuff all going through smoothly. It's a lot to do! Sign the lease, get all the stuff moved, buy the new shelves... and the family will have to actually GO to work every day. Kind of crazy! I hope the extra room makes things easier for y'all ... or at least less cramped...

You can find silicon scrapers with metal handles that have a good gripping handle on the end and are about 13" long. I bought mine from a restaurant supply store. They cost about $4.00 each. If you can't find any near you, I would be glad to send you some. Check the place where you buy your bench scrapers from, I bet they sell them. I worked as a sous chef for many years and most of the things in my home kitchen were purchased from restaurant suppliers. I find them to be of better quality and reasonably priced.

I'm wondering if you guys can do an in depth guide how to temper chocolate like you guys do on the table? Is a stone surface needed? Or can it be done on wood, just taking longer time? I have tried making the chocolate covered chips, but the chocolate doesn't temper properly, and ordering yours is a no go since I'm from Norway and that would become a mess. :D Love your videos!

Bench scaper? Can really use it on those small chocolate warmers or melters or whatever their use is. Then again Quick Steve is a smart guy so he probably does use a bench scraper I just can't remember.

I'm so jealous you guys got rain. Haven't had rain in 2 months and temperatures have been 30°C for weeks. Pretty much all grain and corn harvests are already ruined. Normally our summers are very equal to yours with 25°C weather and rainy storms in the evenings.
