but why have u placed your rental properties under companys name? this means if God forbidden if something happens to your house then tenant can sue the company and ultimately your property could be sold out by the govt ?

Yes but at least I have my own home to live in. Plus every year we pay Money for insurance for protect against such laws

yes thats a good idea . but you can also make multiple corporations/company's and place each of your property under a single corporation. for example if u have 10 rental houses, then u can make 10 corporations and place each house under each corporation.

Company = having legal entity like any other person containing right to enter into a contract & held responsible for its actions. Limited liability = owner of this company is responsible to the amount of capital which he is invested. Unlimited liability = under this. the liability of its member & shareholders is not limited. Raja Ibrahim Suppose I am owner of Pvt. Ltd. company and I invested initially 10Lakh. After some years company have turnover 1Cr. I get loan from bank worth 2 Cr. to expand my business. After that company struggle in market and i am not able to pay debt. In that case how much Bank charge from me because i have liability of only 10 lakh and suppose company have only 1 Cr?

Many people do business under Kafeel in Saudi Arabia. Which is illegal the Kafeel (saudi ) is the owner according to paper and in the eyes of government and the person who is doing business under kafeel is the real owner. Many people have lost their business and millions of riyals because of it including my father. Please please make a video on it. So people don't do this.

Bhai corporate veil naam ki bhi koi chiz hoti hai.. Agar law chahe to company k piche jo Banda hai usko bhi direct pakad sakti hai.. matlab yahan aap ki jeb se Paisa jayega hai.. ye rare cases hai.. mai bas add Karna chahta tha... aur haa agar company run karne wala fraud hai to pakka corporate veil ayega...

I have registered and running Private Limited Company, knowing the fact I will involve other partners to my business in future. What’s your stand on it involving other partners into business???? Furthermore the only drawback which I have found is the Tax rate for PVT companies. Like if sole proprietor have to pay 15-20% Tax in Pakistan then on other hand PVT limited pays another extra 10-15% (total 30-34%). Is it worth paying extra % age comparing the benefits which you have mentioned??

Yes ntn is needed, araam seh aik hafteh main mill jaata hai. It cost me around 8000 rupees. I am sure other places can do it for cheaper. Mine was registered by my accountant.
