So in my head I named the cat Charlotte, after the character from presentable liberty, and that backfired.

In Presentable Liberty, the game makes you care about characters even though it would be easier NOT to, whereas in this game, it completely cuts you off from the characters and really turns you into the monster. In Presentable Liberty, you could get so excited about something as simple as a bug, or a table leg, or a letter. In this game, it's opposite. When you buy a tin can, it's suddenly incredibly disappointing when it doesn't help you get MORE money. What were you expecting? And everything turns into 'how do I get MORE MONEY?"

It's surprised me that not a lot of people know this, but old fans who watched Markiplier's older videos will remember the games Presentable Liberty and Exoptable Money and Markiplier genuinely enjoyed those games. The more popular game, Presentable Liberty is one of the best free emotion-inducing games you can find on Gamejolt and had Mark literally living the game halfway through it in his video (his quote). For some time now, the developer of these two games have been trying to get a kickstarter for a remake to the two games, especially Exoptable Money with generally better graphics and better gameplay and in the case of Exoptable Money, more story. Unfortunately, since most of the audience exposed to these games came from Markiplier and Jacksepticeye, not a lot of people know about this. It can be argued that the two of them don't even know about the remakes in the first place. However, a spin off game to these two games named Menagerie: Archive was released a month ago, and I think that it will not only bring a great experience to Markiplier but to the rest of his viewers as well and will give the games recognition once again. I only ask that in some kind way, we manage to get either Markiplier or Jacksepticeye to see this so that they don't miss out on this new game. I hope the rest of you find Menagerie:Archive and enjoy it for yourselves! And I hope that Markiplier will find this too!

I think it's somewhat genius how Mark gets unbelievably concerned about his cat way earlier before he learns about his fate. He had upgrades to look out for, keeping count of his moneyz, waiting for Sinclaire's letter, but his mind was only around that cat. Nothing in this game was as pure as that kitty, and so Mark focused on the cat. Huge approval.

I started to choke on my cereal laughing when he made the weird noise when he started selling the artificial organs.

I love going back to Presentable Liberty and Exoptable Money every now and again because it's an interresting story and I love how it fucks with Mark.

I watched this video when it first came out - when I was 6 years old - and I skipped past the intro, so I never knew about the small warning for the possible distressing content, nor had I seen the sequel to this game, so seeing the letter with the cat gave me nightmares when I was a child. I couldnt sleep the night I watched it, and I cried while trying to sleep, as I couldn't get the image of the letter out of my head. Even now, seeing the letter again made my chest hurt. Thanks, Exoptable Money, for giving little me nightmares! And rest in peace, Robert Brock. You deserve to.
