Art portraying life or life portraying art? Unfortunately, this is the reality of what is happening out there, the scary part is the majority is growing with each trauma. Love, betrayal, deceit, the love part is missing so people will keep tripping! Maverick, you made this about women, make another about men. Why not? What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Was this based on a true story? I've been thinking about this movie, and I feel bad about the ending and her murdering her cousin and new husband, but you can see the progression in her life with things piling up over time. However, in order to really heal over bad breakups etc., we have to oftentimes force ourselves to take some responsibility for what we did...she never sought help, but could have if she really wanted to. I also feel the men she chose were also apart of the problem who were also very broken and torn players in the love game.
