In an industry filled with OVERWORKED & OVERWHELMED women, we need to hear more of this message!
LADIES, no one is questioning our contribution or dedication... but WE should be challenging our own INPUT. Particularly, the things we say yes too!
Let's stop thinking:
- we have to say YES to every "opportunity"
- that we have to give a discount in order to close a sale
- that we have to be absent parents in order to have a successful business
-that skipping meals, and not prioritizing personal health is a sign of productivity
-that our personal commitments and family moments need to be put on hold or cancelled in order to "quickly" grow our businesses
With 186 days left in 2024, it's not too late to work on:
-creating more efficiencies
-establishing better boundaries
-prioritizing our health
-better understanding our numbers
-asking for help
-hiring employees
-expanding our business knowledge
