Hey Jersey, It's so sad that you have to keep visiting this subject of a USP. We aren't living back in the 80s! How many of us will pay top dollar for a great steak at a fancy steakhouse because of the experience; it is of greater value than a cheap and tough piece of meat at the local pub. Business these days requires a USP, defining it is what people haven't stopped to consider. Doing so may make a massive difference in their business growth.
