The growing community is situated in Greene County and is an easy 20-minute commute to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and other major employers in the Miami Valley.
Xenia's walkable downtown is full of unique local businesses and is located along our four major bike trails. Xenia also offers many family-friendly events throughout the year and has a strong faith community.

I visited Xenia before. Knowing of the 1974 tornado, I expected to find a run down, beaten up town. What I found was totally different. I met the nicest, friendliest people there and the town was bustling with life and energy. That tornado lost its war with Xenia and the nice people from there. I’d visit again in a heartbeat.

That is not at all what the houses look like that is the state's which we call the upper-class part of town what the actual like town looks more like the suburbs but no one takes care of it

Fairborn had the housingbbefire beingveclipsed by the "new" Beavercreek city. Now developers have been looking since that juggernaut of annexing and building out has slowed. Maybe filling in ateas previously left open? Xenia is the next choice and a good one! There is room to expand even within its 1970s limits. Pinecrest neighborhood has room, though I see Windsor Park. and the southwest part of if the city is garnering the developer's attention currently. Amlin Heights has room as well.

Xenia is where 10 years ago, a Burger King worker filmed a video of himself taking a bath in their kitchen sink. Of course, he lost his job because of it.

We, children who lived through that & were 6 miles away, we weren't even TOLD people died!!! That is what gets me!!! I didn't KNOW!!! I eventually worked in Wilberforce and people talked about walking into town and having to walk past bodies!! So tramatic!!! I knew someone else who got really freaked out by the endless tornado warnings!!! I just ignored them. I DO remember during the tornado, my mother put us in the bathtub with the dog with a mattress over us! I wasn't scared at all, kind of exciting! I almost got swept up in another tornado if I would have gone to Walmart like I wanted to instead of going home, I avoided it!

Do an updated building & show where the old K-Mart WAS, is now an empty field!!! Those 5 ft potholes in the parking lot where the busses come in & park are great too!!! Sure, if you come from California & have a billion dollars, you can buy a home for CASH, but if you're poor in Xenia, stick to Section 8!!! It pays to be mentally ill!!! Take advantage of ALL you can get free!!!
