Thanks for this video. Have been doing some classes from youtube and thought it was just enough to ignore the “namastes”, turn off the mantra if possible. Now I know that a certain physical movement is a form of an idol-worship. Thanks again.
Y.E.S. thanks for this!!! Its Tumah and avoda zarah, even if you dont 'claim' any of its meanings, but just by participating in the movments alone, you align with it by default. So its super important to research how to keep it kosher for us ♡

The benefit you can get from yoga and meditation is enormous. How nice it would be to have a good form for monotheists who follow Judaism. Many blessings!
How does an orthodox jewish woman reconcile the observance of not touching men outside of her family with a job in healthcare or fitness? Or even with trivial life situations, like helping an elderly person struggling on the street?
Baruch HaShem! Your words Blessed and Encouraged me. And do I hear Chinese medicine at the end? (lung/grief, liver/anger) 😊 The more I learn Torah, the more correlations I see between the two, in the sense of "cultivating/nourishing one's precious Qi." (Divine Life Force/Energy) Is this not the embodiment of the Shema and V'ahavta?
Yoga is like Pilates! It is not necessary to say Namaste to practice Yoga or do mantras! You just do the exercises, you don't need to do anything else!😉
Mrs. Shelly Dembe, R.N., I never knew that Wholestic R.N.'s existed; if you could PM me letting me know from what city/state you reside so I can connect with you. Thank you for your enlightening video. I truly hope we do meet someday. Pittsburgh, PA
