Bro I am studying in 12thclasss in bioscience. I have no offlinetuition only online class.. Sometimes I can't focus on the online classes I am so stressed and my classes are Pending.. I can't study when i sit to study I feel distracted and become sleepy .. I have a motivation study and get good marks in12th but I can't do bro why I can't study please reply🥲🥲

Pomodoro technique 25 minutes thanne aavanam ennilla. Athoru basic time aanu. 25-5 aakkam, or 1 hour-10 minutes aakkam, it can change bases on you and the task

Bro I'm a neet repeater.. Initially nan bayangara confident arnnu.. Enne kond pattumenn but later on enta confidence oke nastapettu.. I don't know what happened to me.. Even i sacrificed alot for my dream but results onnum kanann illa. Backlogs kore ayii.. Onninum focus kittanilla.. Ipo tention mattan vendi vere kore distraction chenn chadunnu... I don't know what to do only 7 months left for my dream🙂 and i didn't even took a single step towards it.. Bro can u make a video about it
