apple has changed my life in a way that I couldn’t have possibly imagined. It has become an essential part of my daily routine, keeping me on track with fitness goals and notifications. The convenience of checking messages and calls on my wrist so that you don’t have to pick up your phone for notifications and end up doomscrolling for hours. It can be more then just a watch; it's a fashion statement! And the best part is that, I don’t even have the latest and greatest apple watch ultra. I’m just rocking 2020 Apple watch SE. And I’m satisfied.
I got the Apple Watch 8, love everything about it but the battery life! Will be upgrading to GPS+Cellular as I only got the GPS one and would really benefit having the Cellular. Will probably upgrade at the end of this year when the AWX or AWU3 comes out!
no you did not. garmin does all my training, healt and garmin pay. notifications i dont want to see on my wrist. peaople used keys for home hundreds of years, it is ok to use that. hade apple watch ultra but I saw my life can go on without it. we are to obsessed with tech now.
I love mine due to the fact that I’m able to use my ultra as a dumb down version of my iPhone. Everyday I go to class I don’t even take my iphone. I just bring my Apple Watch. I get calls and text messages but I won’t be tempted to check social media as much because it can’t be accessed. Just using my Apple Watch in school allows me to focus more on my classes. And I’ll still be able to be reached in case of an emergency either way. I love it. Plus Apple Pay works like a charm and is used by every store in my area.
I am going to quit from Apple Watch. Nice product, but I need to slow down, not spinning up. Human evolution is not prepared for technical evolution. I do not need this fast life.
I think when we look back at Apple in 20-30 years, the Apple Watch will have had an even bigger impact than say , the iPhone. The amount health features will only grow and make the device even more unmissable in our daily lives. Got my first watch at launch in 2015 and (whilst I miss the way the original one was focussed on fashion alongside health) I’m now the owner of an Apple Watch ultra and wear it each day, despite my love for mechanical watches as well. Ah yeah, the one thing that has ruined an iPhone for so many people, a lack of a numbers row on the keyboard. Any phone is practically unusable without those keys /s@@hhhmmmmmmmm
So at this point is there’s anything we can do about preserving the battery life on ourApple watches ???? What 😅about dim the brightness and not letting the watch battery go to 0% I let mine go maybe up to 30% then start charging and I shut off like any music such as pandora etc
As a pretty serious runner, Apples release of the ultra (battery primarily) but more important WatchOS 9 with running improvements (intervals etc.) just sealed the deal. This is the only package that just has it all - amazing running watch, connectivity for music or calling/texting if something happens on a long run and instantly flipping bands and going to the office. The whole package is just so good!
If always had an Apple Watch since the 0 version but going to the Ultra has been perfection especially the durability and battery life,crash detection,fall detection and heart monitoring are essential especially when you are close to 60 😂 I’ll have an ultra always!
I am a final year university student . All my workout is tracked on my 14 pro max , I have my M1 Mac to do my productive work , my AirPods Pro 2 to listen to the music . And with no smart home , no Apple Pay support in my country , and always on display on my iPhone , I can see the time whenever I want to . At least for me I don't find a point why I should buy an Apple Watch . 😅

i love my apple watch had it since series 4 now i have a 7 it’s terrible on battery life but i love everything else. i will upgrade to an ultra 2 if it comes out.
Because once you're an Apple Watch user you got to upgrade to newer models for every 3 years at least. Who buys new watches for every 3 year ? I own a Seiko Automatic from past 7 years and I'm sure it lasts for lifetime. I can pass it to next generation. If in case someone has different perspective with respect to technology and gadgets only then have to buy Apple Watch.
My apple watched saved me and my coworkers from a g*point robbery once I held the action button and immediately lowered the volume during the call and just let them hear and pickup my location, man was found almost stealing $63,000 worth of iPhone 14 and 15s 😳
More awkward paying with phone than iPhone. I lift weights. have need for fitness tracking or step counting. Tracking my sleep does not help my sleep. The Ultra is huge. My iPhone does everything easily without compromises. Texting in the tiny screen must require a needle. Doctors have stated people get much too conscious about parameters that are normal.
I'm using the series 8, not cellular and we have no Apple Pay yet but ever since I've been using it (from Series 3) my productivity level went up. Less phone time for me as I rely more on the watch to notify me. I use it for timers and alarm, low level flashlight, voice recording, messages, health features and as a music player along side the airpods.
The safety of wearing an apple watch is tested AWAY FROM THE BODY. When in use the Apple Watch is making direct contact with the user, thus deeming the Apple Watch UNSAFE. The wireless radiation exposure via smart watch can cause a plethora of health side effects and it is strongly recommended that some reading and learning be accomplished first before deciding to wear this device.
The best part about the Apple Watch is that it actually minimizes distractions. I use my phone much less throughout a busy day when I wear my Apple Watch.

I've had the AW Ultra for several months and it's a great watch, until you compare it to the Garmin Fenix 7x pro, which i recently just bought. The only thing i really miss about the AW Ultra is the cellular connectivity but the battery life is a joke compared to the Garmin and the AW Ultra definitely isn't an ULTRA adventure watch. If you want to talk and text on your watch, the AW is great, if you want a true sports/adventure watch, get the Garmin.
The fitness aspect is the most overrated and least useful. You start with the whole universe of skinny people who have no reason to lose weight, and who don’t have to monitor the running, in addition to big people who don’t really want to exercise because they just don’t want to. So the fitness features are for a limited number of people. However, you mentioned some very useful things, such as notifications and finding the phone. And of course, looking at the time.

There's nothing Apple watch can do for me, the other ones at a fraction of the cost and 5x the battery life, can't do. Still, not hating just won't be buying
I have. Series 7 and like the screen to be bigger , longer lasting battery life , 1 week at least & more features that are not health related. Love the watch to play videos .
I leave my phone @ home as a desk clock 100% of the time. I work between my iPad mini and Apple Watch, have come for years. It’s so much better. The multitasking on IPad, written notes, and bigger screen make being productive way more likely.
You didn't convince me... because I own an Ultra (and SE % S7 Stainless steel before that). :P Apple Watch is a great device, it can do the quick things very easy and very quick, and the notifications on the wrist are so helpful. But of course, you already said that. :)

90% of all mentioned here benefits can be found in any 10x cheaper Amazfit watch. 95% of benefits are in 2x cheaper Garmin watches (low price models, of course) plus x3-5 longer battery life. The only real benefits are: unlocking a Mac, connecting to some devices (gym equipment), and probably nice maps. And an overall aesthetics (which really matters). But no, you didn't convince me to it 😂
I'm not convinced. My line of work doesn't require Productivity, and I'm active enough in my line of work to not need Health and Fitness. I operate a Rip Saw in a wood shop that makes custom solid wood doors. ( Lots of lifting and walking ) I leave my phone on a table next to the saw so It doesn't get damaged. I need a SmartWatch for notifications, alarm, contactless payment and music.
00:50 I own an Apple Watch Ultra which I'm wearing now. Trust me though... it most certainly is NOT the best watch one can buy. I collect vintage watches--they need no battery and last a whole lifetime. An Apple Watch is not a durable product in the same class. I agree though, it is a wonderful miniature wrist-worn, multi-function computer!
There’s been 2 times I accidentally set off the fall detection once by cutting a tree branch and by cutters jerked hard enough and my watch thought I fell than the 2nd time I actually tripped and fell and fall detection detected it but I’m glad I have it on for that time I actually do need it
Can't agree more with your intro. the Watch isn’t an iPhone! I love my Watch Ultra and like you, I've got the Series 0 in 2015. this device is a game changer and I’ll never go back to a more regular watch.
Though, I’d like to at least see my Apple notes. It could have some goals or training programs. I can’t bring my iPhone in the water and I don’t want it in my pocket when training in other ways.

Its very useful because if my mom thinks i play games on the phone but she needs me to stay in touch i can just use it but i have watch tube to watch and stuff soooo.
Hi! I am an older person and I have had an Apple Watch since Day 1, (Apple Fan) . I can’t imagine not having my Apple Watch on my wrist. I use it all day for so many things. I try to encourage all my older customers, (I teach Apple devices) to get one for their safety if not for the sheer security of having one on. My very favorite of course, is my Apple Watch Ultra. It is a game changer for me. 👍🏻 I’ll be upgrading it this year to the new Ultra, and pass on my current Ultra to my husband. He loves Apple Watch also. I have taught him well. 🤣
when i bought my apple watch i just thought iim gonna try something new. but when is actually used it, i fell in love. and i can't live without it. still rocking the watch SE 1st gen. i think the apple watch ultra is just ugly. gonna rock this watch until i see a apple watch thats much better or this one breaks on me
