I have a ‘63 Blackface Non-reverb Deluxe…. And it’s probably the best fender ever made. Play everything through it, but my faves are my Les Paul JR and Special….. just something about old P90’s through a blackface
I have the custom shop reissue of that Special and it’s the best Gibson Les Paul I’ve ever played (that includes R8 and R9). Plugged into a ‘62 Princeton CS Edt. is to die for, but sounds great into any amp.
To all who have watched this video, make Walt an offer for this guitar! I have several P90 guitars and it’s is always a challenge to make P90 guitars sound great especially the neck pickup. The guitar Walt is playing in this video sounds great in all three positions. Buy it !!
Holy smokes that sounds amazing. I have a LP Standard with humbuckers and a 57 Champ which sounds amazing but this gives me goosebumps! Need to get a special P90 next.
Hi! Well deluxes don’t a have a mid control, only treble and bass. We show the settings on the playing sections of the video if you’d like to know exactly what they’re are. But the trick is simply to dime the volume of the amp and the natural overdrive will do the rest!
Do you mean insanely good? I can’t figure out what you’re trying to say. Did you mean to say that our prices are insane in the literal sense, or that they’re perfectly in line with the rest of the marketplace, and, in most cases, significantly less? Or did you mean based on what we have to pay for vintage instruments we have a very small markup that we sell to the public for? Please clarify.
