Idk if it’s true for everyone but I think ppl are building a mat grinder first and then overdoing the block offs, which causes them to be in the negatives For my twine, I have every amp and loop bridge built with the block off, and I still have around 40-60 structures left to place and not worry being in the negatives

@@Ghostyy_SR I don’t remember, I think like 6hrs or so. It’s not that bad if you split building the amps in days. So each day you do 3, it will take around 3/4 days

Does using HP increase wall spikes on blockoffs make it so that they wont hit the blockoffs? i know you use HP on your builds but when many husks target it the heals does nothing.

Traps don't change anything about the husk I just use wall spikes traps on the walls facing the spawns, so if any husk tried to damage the walls the traps will take him out, but no need to add any traps on the rest of the block offs

Hi Larsis. I have a question about using the edited floors for block off. Are they worth using? It was to my understanding that it takes 4 of them to make up for 1 full ramp/wall and that health doesnt relate to block off.

Hey I only use floors as block offs, when I need to place many block offs, and I don't have enough area. so I add some under the cones and walls I don't think that 4 floors = 1 wall or ramp, sometimes I use floors only as block offs instead of f walls, to avoid any smashers charges, since smashers always hate walls and it works well Valley amplifier for example, I use a lot of floors block offs instead of wall or ramps also, floors block offs are very important to block ramps, edges

@@larsis might be worth testing, back in 2020 volcaloid made a video explaining that 4 (5 for nature) tiles were needed for 1 tile detour then 7 for 2, 10 for 3 and so on. From his testing 4 edited floors were the same as 1 but it might mess with husk ai nowadays making that different.

Yesterday I started endurance with your housing, without correcting a few things... it works perfectly on my channel, you have the result of the 15-minute clip, you can use it and if you want to use something, go ahead :) it works perfectly without any improvements

I got to wave 29 in Twine recently, but 3 husky mini bosses spawned on ridge amp and took out the loop bridge then started on the stairs for the husks to come up. Once that happned, the husks plowed through from the west and just destroyed the base. Maybe just bad luck, but never had 3 husky mini bosses spawn like that. Not sure how to negate that either, unless you need to try to lure them away.

You can't have ridge in wave 29 it's always Hill ampfiler in wave 29 and bridge amp in wave 30 😂

@@jaderacerfnI think they prob were mistaking ridge and hill. Because I used to have the issue where the mini-boss broke the loop bridge, then started to break my walls

@@jaderacerfn the amp that has the afk spot. There were 3 husky mini bosses and they all took the loop bridge, smashed the floor at the amp on the loop bridge, then proceeded to the stairs that lead up to the amp and destroyed those. Soon as those were destroyed the husk pushed through all the block offs and straight to the amp. Never seen that before, but will try again and see if it happens again.

@@jaderacerfn you are right, it is hill. I did a run again tonight and it spawned three husky mini bosses, all of which destroyed the loop bridge then started on the stairs. The only way to survivie the wave was to keep building stairs so the husks would continue the normal trapped path instead of busting through. The mini bosses just kept breaking the steps, so I had to keep building them in different spots around the edge. Then on 30, 4 husky mini bosses spawned, but they pretty much did the loop bridge over and over and didn't smash the floors on it like they did on hill.

Hi Larsis! I have a question about the survivors squads, I have all the teams with percentages of damage and durability in the traps but those percentages apply only in the traps I place or also in the ones placed by the team mates?

the highest trap durability and trap damage in the party is used for everyone, so if your teammate had 300% trap dura and you only had 200%, theirs would override yours and you would get 300% trap durability.

Hey Doesn't matter who placed the traps The highest ratio will apply For example, if you placed the traps, but your teammate has a higher durability, his ratio will count not yours

Base Damage means the damage before any modifiers. Armor is configured such that +1 armor is equivalent to +1% longer survival time under fire, making it consistently valuable per point regardless of the amount. For instance, if you have 30 armor, you will survive 30% longer under fire than you would with 0 armor.

I always get confused with perks that increase damage. Does it exclude trap damage every time it says damage? Battle beat increases damage but doesn't that also mean trap damage?

For Hill amplifier, wave 29 use double loop bridge For Lava amplifier, check the update video, I added a new loop bridge, it will fix your issue

You need to reset the build limit to zero destroy few structures and wait few seconds, if nothing appears on the screen, do the same thing till you get a message with 0 or any number of structures left

hey bro, i finished the whole of ur 2023 new twine buiild without placing any traps. if u could help me out with them that would be amazing. I can give u a 1/1 wpls for the whole base being worth 600-800 traps. I dont have schematics so i am having trouble finding people with the correct perks. thanks

For pit amp i get eliminate 700 husks wich makes it harder because the build you did doesnt kill them fast enough and the traps run out ,please help larsis

Sounds like you are doing an SSD instead of Endurance. You have to build a little different in SSD version due to waves that have you kill a specific amount of husks. Try changing the tunnel from recycling to damage and see how it goes. Try using tar traps on the path just like how Larsis does, but build an outer wall instaed of nothing. Then instead of wall launchers, but broadsides on both sides and make a cieling with gas or cieling electric fileds. Should help you clear 700 husk with no issue.

Hey for storm shield defenses, use some damage traps above the spawn for Pit, Beach west direction & Hill. these builds are recycle builds, so if you got the kill count waves, you need damage traps to count the eliminations. cover the spawn with electric field traps or drop traps. you can use a Xenon bow too, it will help you finish this wave fast. also, mostly you need to cover Pit only, not sure if you get these elimination waves on Hill and beach

Hey finishing ventures solo takes a lot of time to farm better to find a team with you check the discord server, a lot of people play together or you can get lucky with a good public lobby XD

@@larsis I always do public lobby, but I'm not in a hurry to complete ventures fast. I usually complete in around a month. Most players in public lobby in higher ventures are good and know how to play. Using an outlander in your first misisons is good advice too, to build up your mats.

Yeah, swap out damage build if he has a recycle build, replacing wall launchers for broadsides, that sort of thing.
