@@yourevilqueen2079 thank you very much, your majesty. Hit my weekend-milestone after a few hours of deep work, following my comment. Watched the video on Monday, added a paragraph and proof-read today. :) How were your days?

@@yourevilqueen2079 I'm sorry I couldn't bring myself to call you your evil majesty. Best of luck for your classes and a lot of focus and curiosity. 🤓 Thank you so much. So shall I! ❤
How come you can easily distract your self by watching RU-vid or TV for hours. How come your focus is really easy to keep for those thing? What is the difference with watching a RU-vid video that you have to watch for your work or school, and a video that you watch for leisure? Isn't the only difference, your opinion of the "kind of task" you are doing? What if you change your opinion of the tasks. Making you indifferent to any task, but still due diligently finish it. Like how you enjoy "Surgeon Simulator" because you can't "screw up". But if you were put in an Operation Room with a scalpel and an unconscious person in front of you. While you have no experience whatsoever with surgery. Would that still be fun? To me it seems that focus is heavily related to your opinion of the task. Just imagine you having to force yourself to watch TV to "relax" but you get easily distracted by chores you wanted to finish and that school project that isn't due till months. Wouldn't that be upside down world? So I basically flipped my opinions, used Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to reprogram my thinking habits. Now I have problems with taking time off 😅
